SUMMARY:Reid-y to Swim 5k & Fun Day
DESCRIPTION:May 10\, 2024 our family tragically lost our sweet toddler\, Gavin Reid Hansrote. Our family loves to run\, be outside\, and Gavin loved to ride his horse scooter. Reid-y To Swim 5K and Fun Day will be in honor of our sweet baby. This community event will be held at Greatest Generation Memorial Park Thomaston\, GA. The route will start at the playground and go through the (paved) trail and back. The route is beautiful and mostly shaded.  All of the proceeds raised during the race will be donated to local children in need of swim lessons and other water safety resources. \n\nRegistration begins at 7:00am\n\nRace begins at 8:00am \n\nAwards to follow. Awards will be given out for the top three runners of each age group.\n\nAge groups are as followed: \n\n15 and younger\n\n16-20\n\n21-29\n\n30-39\n\n40-49\n\n50-59\n\n60 and above \n\nPlayground and splash pad your kiddos. Bring them along we want this Angel Day to be about celebrating the most important thing...family.  Come help us honor our sweet boy and have a great community day.
